Kelly engages in all First Point Power activities relating to the customer acquisition cycle, which include handling requests for proposals, pricing, and managing the contracting process. She focuses on developing key relationships with new and existing partners with the goal of building trust and exceeding expectations. Additionally, she builds customer retention with a focus on broker outreach for upcoming contract expirations.
Kelly resides in Massachusetts and enjoys exercising, cooking, watching sports, and spending time with friends. She also likes to travel and returns to her home state of New York for Yankee’s games and to spend time with her family and dog.
