Jessica processes all contracts and manages enrollments for First Point Power. She investigates and tracks any account inconsistencies working closely with utilities to stay ahead of any potential issues. Jessica plays a large role in coordinating the Municipal Aggregations we serve and is the head of our customer support, helping brokers and customers with all of their inquiries.
As a wife and mother, taking care of her family is priority. Food is her love language, and she often bakes for family and friends. Jessica is also a crime junkie. She listens to crime podcasts and watches documentaries almost daily. She is also a state of RI Notary Public.
